“Transform.” “Motivate.” “Encourage”. “Empower.” “Enable.”

These may seem like mere words; desirable but rarely practicable. Yet, a corporate coach, teacher and informal counsellor, who aims to be a facilitator, does exactly these things. Hence my work with Vivekanand Education Society, as Founder-Director of V.E.S. Leadership Academic & Research Centre (VESLARC), professor of Business Ethics with V.E.S. Institute of Management Studies & Research (VESIMSR) and Founder of the Aadharshila team of Vivekanand Education Society teachers, spans several verticals and activities.

Some of the activities are:
  • Conducted over 250 workshops, lectures series & talks for students of VES Institutes, ranging from the ages of 17 to 25.

  • Created and conducted several sessions for teachers, Principals and Heads of Departments, on motivation and self-development.

  • Initiated peer-to-peer learning for Principals, "Gyaan kosh".

  • Initiated & led a teachers' forum for innovative learning, "Aadharshila".

  • Created & conducted productivity-linked sessions for the support staff of VES colleges.

  • Conceptualised & launched a once-in-two-months e-zine, "Antarshuddhi" for the VES staff. Solo writer for the same.

  • Conceptualised & conducted mind-management sessions, "Antarmukhita"
